Our Approach:

At IntelleTek Law Group, PLLC our team provides high quality services at reasonable cost.  Our senior paralegal works with the IP specialists to attend to non-substantive matters as well as to coordinate with foreign associates on foreign IP filings.  Non-substantive work is delegated to IP specialists under the supervision of an experienced attorney.  This results in both efficiency and cost effectiveness for the clients.

Our senior patent paralegal has decades of experience with all aspects of IP practice to ensure compliance with formalities and procedures.  Our docketing specialist engages directly with the attorneys to ensure that hard deadlines and soft deadlines according to our best practices are being met by the responsible team members.

Foreign Associates

We have working relationships with counsel throughout the world to handle our international filings.  Existing relationships with foreign counsel include CA, EP (UK, DE, FR), JP, KR, IL (Israel), and CN.

We are committed to providing our clients with the best legal services available at minimum cost. Clients seek predictability of legal costs.  It is our experience, however, that one size does not fit all when it comes to fees for legal services.  Our philosophy is to discuss billing options with the client, both at the outset of the relationship and as specific projects arise, to tailor a fee arrangement that will be mutually beneficial.

Flexible Fees
